Three-Axis Precision Angular Motion Stage

FEATURES

The Three-Axis Precision Angular Motion Stage is composed of two main parts: the mechanical table body and the measurement and control system. The table body adopts the U – O – O structure and a precision mechanical shaft system, and has a high – rigidity structure. It has position, rate, and sinusoidal angular motion functions. It provides accurate single – axis, dual – axis, or three – axis positioning, rate, and sinusoidal angular motion references for the measured unit. It is used for the static testing and calibration of inertial components and inertial navigation systems.
