Horizontal Rotor Test Stand
FEATURES
The Horizontal Rotor Test Stand is mainly used in the dynamic balancing and strength and life test of various high-speed rotating mechanical parts, the high-speed dynamic balancing and overspeed testing machine of flexible rotor supported by general-purpose sliding bearings, and the flexible rotor of steam turbines, gas turbines, generators, axial flow and centrifugal compressors. There is a special type of flexible rotor high-speed dynamic balancing and overspeed testing machine supported by rolling bearings, and the flexible rotor isodynamic balancing is used in aviation, aerospace and small gas turbines; There is a rotor dynamic characteristics test bench, which is used in the single and double rotor tests of aero engines, aerospace engines and other rotors; Strength and life test bench with multi-disc assembly; and other specially designed horizontal rotor test benches based on high-speed dynamic balancing test frames.

Components
Vacuum Explosion-Proof Test Chamber
Available in two types: metal vacuum explosion-proof chamber and cement vacuum explosion-proof chamber, suitable for small-to-medium rotors and medium-to-large rotors, respectively.
Support Pendulum Frame
The support pendulum frame is the core component for high-speed dynamic balancing and rotor dynamic characteristic testing. Different designs of pendulum frames are tailored for various rotors and testing tasks.
Drive System
Mainly consists of a main motor, coupling, gearbox, frequency converter, and drive shaft. This system provides power for the test rotor.
Auxiliary System
Includes a lubrication oil station and a vacuum pump station to provide operational conditions for testing. The lubrication oil station typically consists of a vacuum oil station, atmospheric oil station, high-pressure jacking oil station, and a waste oil recovery system, including an oil tank, oil circuit distribution, filtration, heating, cooling, and an emergency oil supply system.
Control System
Includes main drive control and auxiliary system control, featuring equipment status monitoring, logical interlocking, and human-machine interface operation.
Measurement System
Used for measuring, collecting, and analyzing test parameters.
Heating System (Optional)
Used for heating and controlling the temperature of the test specimen.
Telemetry/Slip Ring System (Optional)
Mainly used to transmit temperature and strain signals measured on the rotor.
High-Speed Camera System (Optional)
Mainly used for real-time imaging of the high-speed rotating rotor during testing, capturing footage of the rotor at the moment of burst. It consists of a high-speed camera, triggering device, and terminal display.
